Fiona loves fundraising. She’s been doing it since 1999 and is still smiling.
As a fresh-faced twenty something Fiona found her passion for fundraising on the phones and behind a database at WWF-Australia. Some 12 years later she is a snowboard worshiping, animal lover who shows up to work every day as our Fundraising Strategy Director.
She’s got the background credentials – marketing, strategic planning, customer experience planning, donor care, database management. But more importantly she’s got the ‘sleeves rolled up’ and ‘hands dirty’ practical experience that makes her a most sought after strategic adviser planner and consultant.
Her proven track record of developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies with charities such as St John New Zealand, Australia for UNHCR, The Alfred Foundation Australia, The Heart Foundation Australia, CancerFund Hong Kong, Starship Foundation New Zealand and many more gives her the breadth of experience our charity partners need when it comes to auditing, reviewing, planning and innovating their fundraising.
Fiona works with our wonderful clients in both the development and ongoing execution of their strategic fundraising programs. Fiona brings to the party her love of data and the insights it provides to help drive the development of her speciality areas of donor acquisition, regular giving, bequests, middle donor programs and integrated communications programs.
Fiona draws on her proven experience plus best practice methodologies and insights from Pareto’s experience across Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and North America when working in her consultative capacity with our brilliant team and equally brilliant clients.
Fiona is an engaging and energetic and works with charity boards, bosses and fundraisers to help them raise more to do more.
