Head of Marketing and Business Development
Clarke loves talking about data and has made a career out of doing so for more than fifteen years in the direct marketing industry.
He has been our Head of Marketing and Business Development since February 2009, and enjoys using data to start fruitful relationships between charities who seek help with fundraising and the skills and expertise within Pareto Fundraising.
Prior to Pareto, Clarke spent four years as the Melbourne Planning Director for Wunderman, the world’s largest digital and direct marketing agency. Whilst falling in love with Australia, he helped to establish the role of data analysis, insight and planning in the Direct Marketing strategic development process of several key clients including Ford, Origin Energy and the Australian Defence Force.
Clarke cycles to work every day and is a keen rock climber and snow skier; in 2004 he spent a four month sabbatical as a Ski Guide in the mountains of Switzerland, Andorra and Canada.
Clarke holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Direct Marketing and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Geography.
