Andrew Martin

Andrew Martin

Senior Consultant

Andrew_MartinAndrew’s deep and abiding passion for fundraising began many years ago in the call centre for one of Australia’s largest international NGOs.  Interacting every day with donors was the best fundraising apprenticeship he can imagine and it has instilled a donor-centric mindset that he has carried with him over the intervening years and roles.

After a several years in senior fundraising roles at a number of high profile international NGOs, Andrew is now focussed on working with charities to build ambitious fundraising programs that drive sustained growth for their cause.  He is an emphatic advocate of collaboration and shared learning within the fundraising sector, believing it is critical to our individual and collective success.

Talia Rimmer

Talia Rimmer

Account Manager, Pareto Phone

Talia ReadTalia embarked on her fundraising career with Pareto Phone in early 2014, having come from a corporate background working as a legal secretary for a number of years before moving into business management and sales. Her interest in the charity sector has always been strong, and after having volunteering at an orphanage in Kenya in her early 20’s for over a year, territory management in the luxury retail world just didn’t have the same appeal.

Managing some of Pareto Phone’s largest and most long term clients, Talia oversees the smooth running of over 50 campaigns each year across 8-10 charities. The chance to assist some of Australia and New Zealand’s largest charities further their goals of improving the world we all share is something Talia truly values.

Although Talia may no longer be found exploring the open highways of NZ on two wheels, she enjoys keeping fit with a circuit training session, good food, and learning and experiencing new things.

Alicia grew up in New Zealand and worked for Seek.co.nz as an account manager, in 2011 Alicia moved to Melbourne to work in the head office and worked for Seek.com.au.

After working with corporate clients for some time, Alicia’s passion of helping people drove her in a new direction of charity and began working at Pareto Phone in March 2014.

Mary Anne Plummer

Mary Anne Plummer

Creative Director

“I’ve found what I was meant to do when I grew up.”

Even throughout successful careers as a television reporter, program maker and advertising copywriter, Mary Anne Plummer maintained an active interest in the not-for-profit sector. She’s now where she says she belongs: in the thick of storytelling, action-inciting and generally helping her charity and activism clients get stuff done.

She’s endlessly excited by the potential of humans. And by the fast-changing opportunities to help them change the world.

Mary Anne comes to the sector most recently from mainstream advertising, where she created ideas, words and integrated campaigns for swanky agencies and their clients. Prior to that, Mary Anne told stories on TV. She’s worked in developing countries in Asia and the Pacific while filming material for AusAID, and spent three months volunteering in a malarial backwater in Tanzania.
