Iro KipidiIro commenced work at Pareto in May 2017. Before life in Pareto and after graduating she worked for more than three years in marketing, mainly inside the retail industry, in print projects and catalogues.  She realised her passion for non- for- profit organisations while she was part of them during her university years. She graduated from Athens University of Economics and Business with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. She stays motivated and excited when she thinks she contributes in making the world a better place.

Melanie RussoMelanie is a motivated and passionate marketing professional with an extensive background across publishing, media and direct marketing. She actually began a career in fundraising way back when as a Wilderness Society Koala, collecting donations in a red bucket on the street whilst wearing a koala suit! She joined Pareto in October 2016 and is very proud to be a part of the Pareto family. She is extremely passionate about animal and children’s welfare and loves working with charities to help them achieve their goals.

Laurie McphersonIn search of warmer climes Laurie left London back in 2012 and settled on Sydney and an account management role at Pareto Fundraising.

Laurie’s a passionate fundraiser whose career in not-for-profit began with humble beginnings – picking and packing merchandise orders for a UK animal welfare charity – the best job ever, she says. After exploring the world she settled back into London with a long stint in charity supporter services and direct marketing roles. Now Account Director in Pareto’s Client Services team, with a portfolio of Australian based client’s, Laurie is committed to helping drive their fundraising programs forward to achieve the best results possible for them and for their beneficiaries.

Sophie has over 18 years’ Account Management experience across all kinds of creative agencies, working across blue chip clients in a range of categories.

Sophie brings a customer-centric approach to the account service team, which has over 60 years’ experience in fundraising.

With a passion for delivering effectiveness and results,  Sophie’s roles is to partner new and existing clients on their journey with Pareto, ensuring they have access to the wealth of specialist resource on offer, and that work is delivered on time and budget.

Lindsey Mackenzie

Having spent a couple of months living in a Sea Gypsy village in Indonesia in her early twenties, Lindsey knew that she wanted to work  with organisations that contributed to a better world.

She has worked in not-for-profit marketing and fundraising for over ten years. Originally from the UK she moved to Sydney to work for some of the most successful fundraising charities in Australia. She knows the everyday challenges that her clients face and the thrill of seeing campaigns deliver results.

She loves spending her time in a good spreadsheet as well as talking to clients to understand ways that we can work together to build a successful fundraising program.

James Herlihy

Digital Strategist

James HerlihyJames Herlihy is the Digital Strategist at Pareto Fundraising. He has spent more than a decade campaigning with non-profits and is the brains behind groundbreaking digital campaigns for dogs, dolphins, humans, rights, reefs and more.

During his time at Pareto Fundraising, Amnesty International Australia and Austcare (ActionAid International Australia) James has held roles in digital management, strategy, production, campaigns and marketing, content and social media. At Pareto, James has spearheaded successful digital fundraising campaigns for organisations like Lifeline, Soi Dog, Bush Heritage, Baker IDI, Australia for Dolphins and more. During his five years at Amnesty, James led the production of a number of highly successful digital fundraising initiatives including the ‘Radios for Burma’, ‘Dictionaries for asylum seekers’ and ‘Freedom from Fences’ campaigns.

Andrew_MartinAndrew’s deep and abiding passion for fundraising began many years ago in the call centre for one of Australia’s largest international NGOs.  Interacting every day with donors was the best fundraising apprenticeship he can imagine and it has instilled a donor-centric mindset that he has carried with him over the intervening years and roles.

After a several years in senior fundraising roles at a number of high profile international NGOs, Andrew is now focussed on working with charities to build ambitious fundraising programs that drive sustained growth for their cause.  He is an emphatic advocate of collaboration and shared learning within the fundraising sector, believing it is critical to our individual and collective success.

Jo Durant Originally from the UK, but now a Sydney native for 15 years, Jo has spent the last 10+ years in various integrated advertising agencies producing digital projects for a wide range of clients – from major software companies to supermarkets to airlines. At Pareto Jo’s role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of the digital team and offering the best digital service to our current and future clients.
