Bruce is one of our longest-serving staff members, and a true data ‘guru’. After 7 years analysing data for large investment and financial institutions in the UK, he happily traded in the corporate world for fundraising, joining the then newly established Pareto Fundraising in 2004.
Since then, Bruce has worked with a majority of the company’s clients, offering valuable insights into our client’s databases and practical, highly successful data strategies across a range of campaign types and objectives.
His expertise in data analysis and financial targeting together with his knack for identifying trends in donor behaviour have proven essential to our work with many Australian and New Zealand charities, including Heart Foundation NZ, Children’s Cancer Institute, Compassion, Scope, Save the Children NZ and The Alfred Foundation.
Bruce is glad to have made the switch from corporate to the fundraising sector, applying his extensive experience in financial and data analysis to help not-for-profits effectively achieve – and exceed – their fundraising targets, so they can in turn assist even more beneficiaries in need of their services.
