LJ joined the Pareto family in 2013. Prior to that, she spent three years “learning the ropes” at Ogilvy and Mather, one of the top integrated advertising agencies worldwide. After working on integrated campaigns for companies such as Diageo and Ford of Europe, she wanted to use her experience and skills to help non-profit organisations.

A Digital Account Director at Pareto, LJ helps Australian and New Zealand charities develop and execute donor centric, acquisition and renewal campaigns.
